helpful staff breakfast terrace
The location was really convenient.. the tram was just a short walk away. the breakfast terrace offered a lovely view. the staff was helpful when i left my headphones after checkout. They held onto them for me.
the reception area was full of boxes, so it didn't feel like a space where guests could sit and relax.

mold presence inadequate cleaning
the location was very near historical places and breakfast was quite delicious.
The room cleaning was not thorough. I noticed hairs on the floor. also, the shower had some mold present, unacceptable for any hotel i frequent. the soap in the shower water from the previous guest was also concerning.

great location and rooftop views
excellent location comfortable terrace complimentary water
the location of this hotel is excellent. i found the rooftop terrace to be very comfortable. it has both indoor and outdoor seating with a beautiful view. complimentary water was provided every day, which i found very helpful.
the air conditioning turned off during the night. it was leaking water also. this made the room a bit uncomfortable.

the hotel benefits from a prime location, situated very close to the tram line. many sites of interest are easily accessible from the hotel. this makes it a very convenient base for exploring.

the rooms have comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep! lots of hot water is available. each room includes a television, a desk, and a private bathroom.

the breakfast offered a lot of choice. fresh eggs were cooked to order, which i appreciated. the staff speaks english. the rooftop terrace offers amazing panoramic views.
