Comfortable Stay Near Attractions
varied breakfast convenient lift
Breakfast had fresh and varied options and included items like olives and cake. The room I stayed in was spacious and it offered a safe and a stocked fridge. The hotel featured a spacious reception at street level with a convenient lift, and this helped with my baggage. I had replenished drinking water in the room daily.

The hotel location is quite convenient and located near several attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. A number of restaurants and shops for basic needs are also located nearby the hotel. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

My room included necessary facilities like a safe and stocked fridge, standard for a four-star hotel. I appreciated the blanket in the room, as it was useful for cooler evenings. Drinking water in my room saw daily replenishment.

I will extend praises to the staff in the upper restaurant. Cansu always smiled and acted polite during breakfasts, while Mehmet, Melike, and Hussein were excellent during dinners. They have an really good attention to detail.

clean room sea view
The room was clean I found a comfortable bed. Breakfast on the roof offered a beautiful sea view it was amazing. Free airport transfer was very helpful I saved time and money.
The hotel only provides one key per room which can be inconvenient.

the location was close to major attractions a metro station was also nearby i found a nice clean room . the staff were good and the breakfast offered was great too
the sink in the bathroom drained slowly i had to ask reception to fix it twice but it was never resolved

the breakfast options proved varied. there was an omelet stand and fresh omelets was made. the location was very convenient FOR major tourist sites.

Good Stay Near Historical Wonders

I was happy with the location. It was a short walk to major attractions. The staff stored our bags because we had a late flight. The staff also offered to call us a taxi in the middle of the night (that was very thoughtful).
My room door was not locking from inside the room. I felt unsafe at NIGHT because i was traveling alone.

wonderful visit
good location free water great breakfast
the location was close to attractions. the tram was also nearby, and , made getting around very simple. breakfast include good variety and they offer free water with dinner which i enjoy. there also was free water in the room, that was a plus.
the hotel did not provide certain items like toothpaste. i found this inconvenient because i expect basic toiletries. also, the blankets did not appear cleaned enough. i think they can improve this

the staff are friendly and helped with all my requests quickly. i like that guest relations manager, burcu, was very helpful. they also provided water and tea daily, so that was good.

the rooftop restaurant has fantastic views of the city. it was nice to eat there. breakfast include many regional products, and that helped me try new food even though coffee at breakfast are instant.

limited variety small bathroom
The breakfast lacked variety! it was the same options every day. also, the gym was quite small. There were only a few machines available, and some were out of order. this made it hard to get a good workout. the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. the temperature was difficult to control. the bathroom was also small. The shower was cramped and uncomfortable.
