The room was spacious and clean. It had a decent pool, a jacuzzi, and a gym. These facilities included a great sky view.
The taxi rides were difficult due to the heavy traffic, I found it disappointing.

solid stay, few hitches

pleasant surprise quiet spa attentive manager
the room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, i found it spacious and located on a high floor. i also enjoyed how quiet the spa area was, it allowed for great relaxation. the restaurant manager stood out because he was very attentive to us during meal times.
the room had a slight smoke smell, even though i booked a non-smoking room. i got offered a spray, but the smell was quite persistent.

the location provides easy access to the mall, it is beneficial for shopping trips. the surrounding area does present very busy roads, it creates heavy traffic conditions at peak hours.

solid stay near mall

quiet room friendly staff
The room was quiet, i got over six hours of rest after a long day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations! the staff was friendly, and the room was clean.
The maintenance came fast, but they didn't fix anything. I had a water leak in my room that disrupted my stay and plans! someone was sent up right away though the leak wasn't fixed and continued until midnight. The issue wasn't handled professionally, and it affected my overall experience.

I appreciated the upgrade to the apartment room. It was quite spacious. i found it to be very clean. the hotel staff were friendly. room service was quick. it was nice to receive a message from the guest relations assistant manager. she wanted to make sure i made it home safely.
I found a lack of seating at the hotel entrance. It was inconvenient when waiting for transport. the main drive lacked character. the soundproofing was insufficient. this made my sleep difficult.

the room had a city view. the room was clean (i appreciated that). the mattress felt very nice.
the breakfasts seemed monotonous. there was not much variety in food. if i arrived at 9 a.m. or later, much of the food was already gone.

bad housekeeping old furniture
the front desk service was acceptable, i guess.
the housekeeping was really bad. we had to ask for housekeeping when we got to the room. the furniture seemed pretty old and just wasn't clean enough, definitely not what i expected from a supposed 5-star hotel. it was not amazing!!!
