i really liked how close the metro station was to the hotel. the metro station is inside the complex and it made travel easier. my room was clean and breakfast was nice, and i would stay here again.
the receptionist staff weren't very friendly when i arrived. they were not helpful with signposting the hotel facilities. the bathroom had a bad smell of sewage waste, and i had to keep the door closed.

The breakfast was a letdown. Not a 5 star experience. choice was sad with only boiled eggs most mornings. i asked to order an omelette because i was really hungry but they refused twice and told me to pay for it. the pool was closed too, and that was end of may.

i found the staff and facilities at the hotel excellent. a metro station is very close, about two minutes away on foot. this made traveling around the area easy. the value for money was good (i felt).
the air conditioning did not work in our rooms. we complained four times before they moved us at 11pm. both of the second rooms had holes in the walls where lights were missing. shaving mirrors were missing in the bathroom too.
