faulty showermissing towels
My stay began promisingly, however, several issues arose. The shower lacked proper sealing, causing the bathroom floor to flood during each use. I requested extra towels from the reception three times, but they never arrived. I had to get them myself. the air conditioning unit was not working upon arrival, needing a technician to recharge it.

the location is really convenient because it's close to transportation and many food options. the staff was kind and quick to respond to requests. our beautiful double or twin room was spacious and very clean. i especially liked that the cleaning could be requested.
The toilet lid would not stay up by itself. I had to hold it up. i mentioned it twice, and was promised it would be fixed. but, no one addressed it.

the hotel is close to many forms of transport, a real plus for exploring the area. i found several inexpensive places nearby to grab a quick bite. this made getting around and finding meals very convenient.

the hotel had a parking area right outside, and i saw security cameras monitoring the area. the general cleanliness and design details were nice additions to my stay. it created a secure and comfortable environment.

the hotel bar offered complimentary tea and coffee while i sat in the lobby. this nice touch was appreciated after a long day. it was a relaxing way to unwind!!!

The hotel is close to a huge shopping mall. This made shopping very easy. I found the staff quite helpful with directions and local tips. The room design felt modern and fresh, I really liked the attention to detail (especially the lighting fixtures!).
