The staff was very friendly. I appreciated the warm welcome via text soon after my arrival. Someone contacted my room daily to ensure everything was okay. Breakfast was amazing. I really enjoyed it.
The route to the elevator was difficult for individuals with mobility issues. The distance to reach the elevator from the hotel entrance felt longer than expected. This could present challenges for some guests.
