Perfect service and location.

The breakfast had many options and the food tasted great. The room had a clean design, especially the bathroom. Ms Belma Kilic really were pretty good too make sure I had everything I needed.

The room was a Loft King Room City View Top Floor. The room was large enough and the beds were comfortable with quality linens. Espresso and water were provided. The bathroom had a beautiful design and it was well lit.
I found the breakfast place to be badly organized. I also expected some flexibility for a late check out. The hotel refused to grant even 30 minutes.

The breakfast service was disorganized. We were asked about our preference for à la carte or buffet before sitting down. The staff told us we could only choose one, which seemed unnecessary. This policy made little sense to me. The hotel should offer a flat rate for the buffet and charge extra for à la carte options, similar to most hotels. It would be much better.
