pleasant hotel visit

i found spacious room, and i liked it very much. the staff are friendly and the overall experience was good. i did like the spa staff, and i found them very professional, also very kind.
The cleaning services not great. I waited much time, and requested the reception for room cleaning and towel change.

The breakfast variety it was good, with wide choices. the staff was nice and prepared us breakfast to go. It was on our last day. our flight departed very early in the morning, it was a nice gesture.

I found spacious rooms. The beds were very comfy. Breakfast had a great variety of food at the buffet. Access to fitness, spa and several pools were included with thermal water in the room rate.

The hotel has a quiet, safe location on the island. I had easy access to the city by high frequency bus. It was a great place for walking through nature and enjoying the super quiet place.

I appreciated the location on the island with great walking options. Public transport was easily accessible right behind the hotel, connecting to the city. The spa was a highlight (it felt so rejuvenating after exploring!).
The gym had a limited selection of equipment. More variety would have been appreciated.
