Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

I found some aspects of my stay to be below expectations. The kettle in the room did not work properly and it was not clean. the pillows were not comfortable and I didn't like them. The heater wasn't working well so the room was cold. I did ask for it to be fixed, but nobody came, so I was a little dissapointed.

the breakfast lacked options for children. the televisions offered limited English channels and no dedicated children's programming. this was disappointing, as it affected our ability to relax in the room. the overall selection was quite limited for younger guests, limited channels

The family room offered a king-sized bed along with a sizable couch that converted into a bed. Complimentary water and a kettle were available, proving useful. The bathroom was spacious and included all necessary items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. I appreciated the kind and helpful staff.
The thermostat seemed faulty. We wanted to turn off the heat as the room became stuffy, but we couldn't adjust it. I called the front desk twice without any assistance, so we had to open the window.

The staff offered assistance with directions. They were responsive to requests. I found the service to be polite and efficient. I appreciated the prompt attention I received .

the room had a great view. i could see quite a bit from the large windows (it was fine). breakfast included many choices. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. transport connections were close. this made getting around very easy.
the room could have been a bit warmer.

The location next to the train station made traveling EASY. My room featured complimentary water and a kettle, which I found very useful. The bathroom was spacious and included essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

The hotel boasts a VERY good location, close to the metro, a beautiful park, and the city center. The central station and train station are conveniently located nearby. It's easy to travel around and explore the city.

The breakfast buffet offered MANY different foods including savory items, sweets, fruits, and cereals. I found the breakfast area ample and comfortable, with attentive staff who cleared tables quickly. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel provides good parking. Subway and train access are also close. The check-in and check-out process used computer terminals. The hotel includes good faciilites and the rooms feature everything one needs.

The staff were generally very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. One staff member gave us a free upgrade so we could stay in connected rooms, what a PLEASURE. The gentlemen who checked me in and out was polite and helpful and very engaging.

The room was super clean. Beds were fabulously comfortable. The bar and staff here were lovely. Breakfast was great even though the hot counter was not very appealing.
The parking spaces were tight, and the barriers were thin, so I had to maneuver cautiously. Exiting the car park was a headache, the validated ticket wasn't recognized. I had to call assistance twice in order to leave

I was super excited about the location! it was so close to the train station and made getting around so easy. the staff were super friendly. i really liked the rooftop bar. It had such a cool vibe!
That was not great. also, the bathroom light was so bright, it was kind of intense. and the parking fee felt pretty steep!
