The hotel location was convenient. (I enjoyed exploring the surrounding area)
Unfortunately, housekeeping proved inconsistent. Our room door was unlocked after cleaning on four separate occasions despite us reporting it daily and nobody took action. the noise levels were high because trucks delivered to the shop across the road at 6am and the noise woke me up.

charming stay

the hotel's location IS convenient, placing main attractions within easy walking distance. I really liked the friendly staff, who were always ready to assist with a smile. I found the room to be beautifully furnished, complete with all necessary amenities for a comfy stay. the walkable distance to Amalienborg palace was a bonus.
I noticed the housekeeping wasn't QUITE as thorough as i expected. For example, a quick dusting would have made a huge difference.

noisy roominconsistent housekeeping
the hotel is well-located, yet housekeeping proved inconsistent. i noted our door wasn't locked after housekeeping visited. i reported this for times without resolution. the staff seemed pleasant but the room faced significant noise. at 6am trucks make deliveries across the street and generated excessive noise.

a decent stay overall
great locationfriendly stafflight blindsfirm bed
the location was quite good for exploring the area. it's close to transport links was good, though i mostly walked. the staff were friendly, a detail that stood out.
The bedroom blinds did let in a lot of light. i ended up using my eye mask to sleep better. That was necessary. the bed felt firm. It was alright for me, though it might not suit everyone's taste.
