I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was easy to reach public transportation. the tram station was a short walk away, and the main attractions weren't too far. the staff extended our checkout time for free as my flight left late, appreciated. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of turkish options.
the steam room and sauna did cost extra after 6pm.

the rooms were clean. housekeeping did a solid job maintaining them daily. a well-stocked minibar was a nice plus to have in the room .

The breakfast view from the 7th floor was EXCELLENT. i found a nice spa near a metro station. walking to the grand bazaar took about 2 kilometers. This WAS great.
the room was small, and the walls seemed thin, SO i heard my neighbors occasionally.

The breakfast offered a rich variety of options. I found the honey board particularly delicious. Fresh options for cheese and olives existed. The hotel was near transport including buses and trains.
The room walls seem thin, I could hear neighbors talking. The neighborhood is loud and touristy, I saw shopkeepers speak Russian. I found the reception staff could have been more nicer.
