I found the location to be very convenient. It's close to many attractions. breakfast had great variety, and i especially liked the view from the restaurant on the top floor. the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. i also used the hamam massage and would recommend it!!!
the front desk staff seemed mainly interested in selling tours. they seemed less engaged when i wasn't interested in those options. they often sat around, and i noticed a lack of initiative from them.

the hotel's location provided easy access to key landmarks. it is conveniently situated near public transportation options, including metro and tram lines. the area felt secure and made exploring the city quite simple.

the breakfast staff were attentive and always ensured a smooth service. the hotel thoughtfully provided breakfast boxes for early departures, which i appreciated. the spa staff was helpful and provided great service.

the rooftop restaurant offered lovely views.. i especially loved enjoying turkish tea in the lobby. complimentary water bottles were a nice touch each day.
the room i stayed in was quite small. the bathroom fan made a very loud noise, it wouldn't turn off at night which was a bit disruptive. i reported it, and it was resolved quickly.

The location was unbeatable. It allowed quick access to key historical sites. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The food was AMAZING!!!
