excellent location helpful staff
the location offered convenient access to major tourist spots. the staff provided really good service and were always helpful. i particularly appreciated the delicious breakfastswith a good start to each day. i found the availability of coffee, tea, and water in the room very convenient.
the room i had was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the reception area. this made it slightly difficult to relax at night. i think improvements in soundproofing would significantly enhance the guest experience.

i am grateful for the convenient location near major attractions. emrah and melih were helpful with directions and recommendations, i found that very useful.

helpful staff great location broken air conditioning black mould
The staff was helpful. The location was close to tourist sites.
The air conditioning did NOT work. I reported it. nothing happened. the shower leaked, AND there was black mould in the bathroom. ONE day, there was no water. ALL evening!

a decent stay with minor issues
helpful staff good location broken air-conditioning leaking shower
the staff were really helpful with directions i needed. they were also helpful when i wanted to upgrade to a room with a lift. the location is good i walked only five minutes from the sultanahmet tram station
the air conditioning was broken i told them after the first night. they said they would look into it but nothing happened. the shower was leaking badly and there was black mould on the walls too it was not ideal

this hotel had a very good location close to many attractions. the staff were so kind and helpful with any questions. the breakfast had a good variety. the rooms were clean.
the walls looked a little worn in some places.

great location friendly staff limited breakfast small bathroom
The location was fantastic! it was so close to all the major attractions, i could walk everywhere. the staff were also super friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces.
The breakfast was a bit limited. I wished there were more options available, especially fresh fruit. the bathroom was also quite small, a little cramped, i felt!
