i found the bed in the club premier square view king comfortable. the room's functionalities are controlled through an ipad. a good range of toiletries are provided. the hotel offers a direct connection to shopping and restaurants in emaar square.
I found that the staff could only provide a maximum of two bottles of water per day. I was staying with my family, including a child.

the beautiful city view king room was well-appointed it featured a minibar stocked with complimentary soft drinks and snacks the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i also found a nespresso machine with a selection of capsules in the room i was impressed by the amenities in the room. the hotel has direct access to a shopping center with a variety of dining and shopping options this made it convenient for meals and browsing without needing to travel far the staff were always available and ready to assist. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh fruits pastries and hot dishes i especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices and the omelet station i found the quality of the food to be very high.

the staff checked me in early i had to go to an appointment. the lady got us checked in early plus i received a premier room upgrade. the room featured high tech light switches and a smart temp control. i found the bed made with towels laid at bedside plus a platter of turkish delights i loved it.

stretching arearoom service
i did find a couple of things disappointing. the gym, though well-equipped, lacked a dedicated stretching area. i also thought the room service menu could have included MORE local dishes. limiting guests to just 2 bottles a day is an absurd rule.
