The breakfast was varied. It catered to international guests from all over the world. I found the foyer tastefully decorated. The spa was on the premises.
The ac was locked EVERY day. I had to call the reception to explain the problem. I then had to wait for it to be unlocked. The swimming pool was closed.

the breakfast offered many choices. the staff at the reception was polite. the location is quite convenient with a shopping mall nearby. free parking was available .
The air conditioning did not work properly (i found this quite bothersome). the room service food was not good. It lacked flavor. the cleanliness in the room was not up to standard.
