The noise level was AWFUL. A nightclub operates in the basement. The music BOOMED until 4 AM. It really impacted my sleep. the promised shuttle service to Taksim Square was not as convenient as described. Sometimes, it was fully booked, or the wait was excessive. I just expected more from a hotel like this! though the location was perfect!

the staff was nice, especially ibrahim at reception. he made check-in easy. i found a convenient shuttle service running to taksim square every hour. plus, the location offered easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.

I found the gym equipment quite basic. the pool area felt a bit dark and uninviting. I felt slightly uneasy using it alone. the minibar in my room was completely empty upon arrival.

the staff displayed amazing politeness and helpfulness throughout my stay. front desk gentlemen ensured a comfortable experience and assisted with all requests. they kindly provided extra pillows and extended my checkout time and they spoke fluent english.

I observed some limitations regarding tv options. Only one english channel was available, a french news channel. requests for cnn or bbc activation were made but no technician arrived.
