adequate stay slight drawbacks
inconsistent housekeepingdirty floors
housekeeping was not consistent throughout my stay there were no new towels provided at any point the floors in the room felt unclean the entire time this impacted the overall cleanliness of the room i expected better attention to detail in this area the lack of fresh towels was particularly inconvenient

The upgraded room was beautiful. It had a modern alpine style. Breakfast offered a very good selection to suit all tastes. Dinner proved excellent each night.
The housekeeping was not completely thorough .
