the location was central and convenient for exploring local attractions the interior design was modern throughout the hotel breakfast had enough options with fresh ingredients i used the luggage storage service after checkout it was secure and efficient
the bathroom in my room had a minor issue with the shower pressure

the hotel has a stylish interior in both the common areas and the rooms. i found the luggage storage very convenient. the lobby, bar, and restaurant seemed particularly pretty to me. the modern, clean rooms added to the positive experience..
i found the room slightly smaller than expected, limiting movement. the employee gave us a smaller room they have and she was informed, but we didn't get a response from them. i wouldn't repeat the experience at the same hotel.

The hotel's rooftop pool was a true oasis. It offered amazing views of the city. Room service was prompt, always arriving within minutes of placing an order. I especially loved the live music at the hotel bar in the evenings.
i found the gym to be a bit small, limiting workout options.

the hotel location was acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room i stayed in had several issues. Some electrical outlets weren't working and the bathroom was consistently cold, causing discomfort. i also experienced issues with the half-board service because i felt sick and i asked for some food to be brought up to my room, but they did not bring anything at all. it's disappointing when these details affect the overall experience.
