i found the rooms comfortable with a thoughtful design and high standard. the staff were excellent, i could see they were very friendly. breakfast offered a wide selection, it was very good. i highly recommend the spa, my massage was a particular highlight!
the gym seemed smaller than the photos suggested.

Luxury and Location COMBINED!!!

The staff was ALWAYS happy to help. I had a lovely room on the 6th floor. It remained very quiet due to double glazing. The room included effective air conditioning and a good stock of toiletries.
The poolside area felt a bit tiny, although still a GREAT place to be.

Staff members were very pleasant and genuinely keen to please every guest. The hotel staff were attentive and FRIENDLY!!! They provided immediate assistance and maintained high service standards throughout my stay.

Breakfast is buffet style and offered plenty of choice for all tastes. The food was AMAZING!!! There is also a nice little bar on the ground floor that is ideal for a nightcap after a busy day.

The hotel location is great, close to place Catalunya and La Rambla. The city center is only a ten minute walk away from the premises. Many cafes with delicious food and various shops are located nearby.

i found the location perfect and very close to the metro. the free water bottles and coffee pods were a great touch, i felt so pampered (especially with the welcome chocolates!). being an h10 member meant i also received a welcome cocktail!
the air conditioning did not seem to work consistently at night. the receptionist mentioned it was set according to outside temperature, but it blew hot air when it was cooler outside, so uncomfortable!

Good, but with Some Drawbacks

I found the location quite good. Many restaurants was so close and that helped a lot. There was also free bottled water, which I was happy about. Breakfast each morning provided me a decent start.
The air conditioning didn't work well, it was hot. The minibar fridge didn't work too despite asking to fix this.
