The room featured central air conditioning, beneficial during warmer weather. I found the bedding really comfortable. Breakfast provided a great spread with friendly and helpful staff. Transportation was convenient with the metro stop nearby.

great hotel with just one small hiccup

massive bathroomcomfortable beddingpublic transportation
i enjoyed the club level one bedroom initially. i then got an upgrade to a suite halfway through my stay. the bathroom was massive, and the bedding felt so comfortable. central a/c was a must during the summer heat. the breakfast spread was great, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. i would say the metro stop was very easy to access only a block away. the peruvian restaurant on the rooftop had very nice 360 views. the public transportation to the airport only took two stops.
the only minor issue i had was that i had to pay to use the spa facilities. i thought this was odd since i was a guest. treatments being charged is understandable, but paying to swim was a first for me and they only allowed 1.5 hour use for £30.

the hotel gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes . also, the pool area features about twenty loungers with a dedicated shaded section available for relaxation after a swim.

missing machines
I was a bit disappointed that the gym, while adequate, wasn't as comprehensive as i expected. I noticed the absence of several weight machines i typically use. it sometimes took a little longer than i liked to get up to my room, peak hours.

faulty phonedeposit charge
The tv in my premium king room was a bit of a letdown. It just wouldn't connect properly. i also found that the charging station wasn't working, quite inconvenient! twice the deposit being charged during check-in was also annoying. these teething issues need some sorting out, and better staff training is definitely required!
