friendly associates24 hour security
the front desk associates were friendly. they were helpful too. i felt safe with 24 hour security present. the transportation was a short walk.
i found the soundproofing in my suite poor. my neighbor had a party until 2am. the sound transfer was horrible!

I loved the perfect cleanliness. The rooms felt very pristine. the premium skyline room provided a lovely panoramic view, it was really amazing!
i can't say i found a single fault with this hotel everything was wonderful! though the surrounding area was a little noisy, but this is expected in any vibrant location.

liana was amazing she served us her recommendations and the food was very nice it was really nice! the wine and the atmosphere added to the perfect meal i enjoyed every bite. elaine provided good service during breakfast she was really thoughtful.
i experienced a minor inconvenience the rooftop pool was smaller than expected limiting the space for sun loungers.
