the room had a free safe, and that was a plus. the staff at the restaurant, reception, and bars were always very kind and friendly. the food was AMAZING!!! so many choices existed.
the air conditioning was only available from june to september. the rooms and lobby were a little stuffy.

the staff was very cute and helpful throughout my stay. i found the courtesy room useful for a shower after collecting my bags. the hotel allowed me to leave my bag after checkout, very convenient since i had a late flight. the location was also quite good, with easy access to nearby attractions.
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

there are multiple pools and bars, ensuring ample space. the hotel offers a lot of entertainment and amenities, including a spa. the heated pools and jacuzzi were really relaxing additions to the facilities.
