the staff treated me like royalty! the facility was very clean. the bar served the best caesar salad. the cheeseburger it was also very good. i recommend ordering both.
i got a little disappointed when the waiter gave me so many coins back after paying in cash.

the hotel is situated in the city center. it is a very safe area and close to everything. you can walk five minutes to passeig de gràcia. a fifteen-minute walk takes you to the gothic quarter.

the rooms had great decorations, especially with it being close to christmas. they upgraded our room and gave us a bigger room. it was a nice surprise. there is public parking near the hotel that offers ev chargers too.

breakfast had an amazing ambiance. the breakfast room was beautiful. the food was also superb. the roof restaurant had a great view of sagrada familia.

The super nice team! our room had awesome amenities, like daily bottled water and a universal power adapter. the shower had great pressure and a wide showerhead. i got to watch a concert during tea time and the acoustics were fantastic! we felt safe, and shopping was close!
the tv did not work properly! maintenance tried to fix it several times, but nothing worked. the beds weren't what i expected from a hotel like this.

the hotel boasts fine furnishings, art, and antiquities in public areas and suites. there is a rooftop pool where you can relax and a spa offering treatments like facials, both providing excellent ways to unwind after a day of exploring.

the location is really ideal, as the hotel is close to everything in the city center. many great food options are nearby, and lots of shopping is very close too. i found it really convenient to explore many places.

The hotel location was convenient. It allowed easy access to several attractions. The housekeeping staff kept my room very clean. I also found the bartenders very hospitable.
The check-in process took longer than expected. I had to wait on the terrace. It led to some confusion. The bathroom tap in my room was also defective. It sprayed water unless turned very low.
