The reception staff were cute and helpful. joaquin even upgraded my room at no cost and offered a welcome drink. this really good service. I can't thank him enough. the room was spacious with all needed amenities, it made things easy.
the hotel gym is in the basement with no windows. the equipment felt old and some was fixed with duck tape. i found this disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

The room included a mini-bar, a safe, and a tv with satellite channels, ensuring entertainment. a desk and seating area offered space to work or relax. Also the private bathroom had a hairdryer and free toiletries, so it was useful.

The location was great. Close to many attractions.
the room had issues. the light fixture fell on my head. the late-night staff, santiago, refused to fix it. santiago was also rude. i don't understand how they hire people who don't speak english.

The front desk staff provided really good service. Joaquin welcomed me warmly and remained helpful . Douglas gave interesting recommendations for restaurants and activities. I was actually surprised by the very cute and beautiful room, it inspired new painting ideas.
I would have liked slippers for the room, especially since there was no bath mat in the bathroom and toilet area.

The hotel is near tourist attractions and the metro. Public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel. The area is lovely and safe for walking around at any time of day or night.

The hotel is very central (close to many attractions). My room had easy wheelchair access. The adapted shower room worked well. Joaquin and his team always provided prompt assistance.
