I found the staff very helpful. They answered my questions quickly. The hotel offered complimentary coffee, apples, and biscuits in the reception area. I also used the small pool. It was useful for cooling off after walking. I would certainly consider returning.

the staff was friendly and helpful . the bedroom was beautiful and very comfortable (i slept like a log!). the breakfast offered an excellent selection of food.
the pool area seemed too small for the number of guests. there was not enough seating available around the pool. i also noticed the water in the spa was not at the temperature advertised.

i found the breakfast choices excellent. freshly cooked omelettes were available (i liked this). receptionists were very helpful and provided good restaurant recommendations. the shower worked perfectly.
the pool area seemed too small for all the hotel guests. there was limited room to sit around the pool with so many people. the spa was quite small too.

A Pleasant Hotel with a Central Location

i found the staff warm and inviting. upon arrival, i was offered a glass of cava and a second glass was offered later. the rainfall shower provided an amazing monsoon sensation of any hotel i've been in.. the rooftop bar and viewing deck is a plus.
the pool area was too small. there was not enough room to sit around the pool. the spa was also small. the sink in our room did not drain, and it leaked.
