My room was spacious and clean, with new towels and bedding provided daily. The location was very convenient with easy access to various transport options like tram and metro. The breakfast selection was also great. It included a great selection of hot and fresh items.
The phone in my room did not work most of the time. Calling reception was difficult.

The room included shampoo, body wash, body lotion, and even a toothbrush with paste! Breakfast had SUCH good variety. The staff were friendly and very helpful at check-in.

The hotel has GREAT access to public transport options like the metro, tram, and bus. The beach is also close, PLUS there is a shopping mall and several bars right across the street.

Breakfast offered a wide selection of foods, which I FOUND very excellent. The choices meant there was something for everyone. From fruits to pastries, it was a GREAT way to start the day before heading out.

The staff were SO accommodating and helpful when needed. The check-in process was also quick and efficient, and the staff gave clear directions. They also stored my luggage when I had a late flight.

The concierges were quite pleasant and very helpful. They provided a city map and pointed out key places. My son particularly loved the pool on the 17th floor. The location is a definite plus. It is near the TRAM and across from the beach and a shopping mall!
My room felt a bit outdated.
