the location was excellent. i was steps away from plaza catalunya and la rambla street. the room was clean and relatively quiet. the area felt safe and accessible to many attractions.

the room was spacious and included essential amenities , made my stay comfortable, plus, the spa facilities offered a relaxing environment where i could unwind after a day of sightseeing (the sauna was particularly rejuvenating).

The staff was very helpful . Gaston and Noelia at reception assisted me with settling in. The staff training seemed excellent. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of choices. Food was also great. The hotel amenities met my needs perfectly.
The air conditioning was not cooling effectively. This made the room slightly uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the day.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to transportation. Taxi and metro stations are very close. Many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes surround the area. This provides very easy access to services, and makes exploring easy.

the location was central. i found many restaurants and shops nearby. the room was modern, a good size, and very clean. the receptionist was efficient and polite.
The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It was difficult to adjust the temperature to my liking.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful, ALWAYS ready to assist. The location was ideal, especially for accessing public transportation. Breakfast had a great omelet station AND a wide variety of choices.
one INDIVIDUAL at the front desk was not so cute during my initial interaction. The terrace was basically a hole. I would describe IT as below ground with a fence that blocked the view.
