i found the staff very friendly. concierge helped me with directions. the room was clean and quiet. breakfast had many options. the location was central and close to everything. the hotel provided a map, very helpful.

EVERYTHING at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was prime, just steps away from key attractions and high-end shopping. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. I had a genuinely fantastic experience here, and I would definitely return.
the room size was somewhat smaller than expected. I felt a bit confined. More space would increase comfort.

Our junior suite included a king sized bed with premium bedding and a separate seating area. A marble bathroom featured two sinks, a rainfall shower, and luxury toiletries. There WAS a complimentary minibar restocked daily with soft drinks and snacks.
