friendly staff clear direction quiet room central location
i found the staff very friendly. concierge helped me with directions. the room was clean and quiet. breakfast had many options. the location was central and close to everything. the hotel provided a map, very helpful.
the gym equipment are slightly old.

amazing STAY!
prime location friendly staff fantastic experience
EVERYTHING at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was prime, just steps away from key attractions and high-end shopping. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. I had a genuinely fantastic experience here, and I would definitely return.
the room size was somewhat smaller than expected. I felt a bit confined. More space would increase comfort.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel restaurant offered a diverse menu with local and international cuisine. A bar provides a relaxed atmosphere with an extensive drink list.

Our junior suite included a king sized bed with premium bedding and a separate seating area. A marble bathroom featured two sinks, a rainfall shower, and luxury toiletries. There WAS a complimentary minibar restocked daily with soft drinks and snacks.

ideal location amazing breakfast really good service great helpfulness
this hotel was a great choice. the location was ideal, and i could walk everywhere easily. the breakfast was amazing. the staff stood out, offering really good service. i was particularly impressed with their helpfulness.
Housekeeping could improve. I noticed some minor inconsistencies in the attention to detail.
