The room allocated faced the inner courtyard. this resulted in considerable noise from the pool area and adjacent services. i also found some small insects in the bathroom. This was a concern.

The location was good and close to many shops and restaurants.

The television in my room kept turning on by itself every 45 minutes throughout the night (it was so annoying). I was told that guests in other rooms might be able to control my TV. This raised concerns about privacy and security.

the location was indeed perfect.

Check-in felt impersonal and dismissive. i overheard other guests receiving complimentary drinks or upgrades. the room smelled strongly of cannabis one night. Hotel staff offered only air freshener. no one followed up to ensure we were okay after this incident.

I found the location quite convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly at the pool area. The room had double glazed doors, so I did not hear any outside noise at NIGHT.

It required going to one floor, then transferring to another.

The hotel has a perfect spot near Place de Catalunya. From there, guests can access buses, the metro, and hop-on-hop-off tours. Many tapas bars, restaurants, and shops are also very CLOSE.

The location allowed quick access to many sites. Friendly staff provided great service. The breakfast selection was large. I found the local area clean. The beds offered great comfort. I especially enjoyed fresh juices each morning. The Caesar salad was really good.

The wardrobe sliding door obstructed the tea and coffee tray. It did not slide out because doors did not slide far enough.
