the night shift front desk staff was rude. i asked maria to help charge my phone. i asked her to assist with dialing an international number. she refused both requests.

the rooftop view featured familia sagrada. the breakfast selection included a fantastic array of food. a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries were sent up last night for our anniversary. management deserves thanks for this wonderful touch.
i waited a bit for the safe box to be repaired.

The hotel boasts large, clean rooms. The rooftop bar features amazing views. I appreciated its proximity to the park and several art museums. The Michelin star restaurant offered an exquisite dining experience. I found that the experience was worth every cent.
The hotel charged extra for amenities like the indoor swimming pool. I expected this to be included in the price. This policy felt nickel-and-dimey, and was not in line with my expectations.
