the beautiful double or twin room city view had wonderful sunlight. the towels in the bathroom were comfortably fluffy and large , which i found luxurious.

My room, a Junior Suite, showed clear signs of wear. The bathroom floor tiles felt loose underfoot. the noise from the street below was quite disruptive. Even on a higher floor, the traffic made it difficult to sleep soundly at times.

dani, our waiter, provided amazing, professional service when my partner and i had breakfast there he. the concierge office helped us book great shows. i found the new gym and pool facilities very useful.
The air conditioning did not work properly and the staff did not resolve this issue at all. A complaint was sent to management with no response as of yet.

a nice anniversary stay

the staff welcomed us with a personal note and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary (a very nice touch!). the hotel's location is really good, just steps from gaudi's masterpieces on passeig de gràcia. we enjoyed watching the carrefoc during la mercè from this prime location. the concierge uma confirmed our flights with precision.
i noticed that the bathroom had mold in some areas. it was on the walls, the shower curtain, and in the corners. this was quite disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

our suite featured beautiful décor and comfortable furnishings. it had a large marble bathroom with separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the bed was comfortable (the best sleep we have had in a while!).
