mixed feelings about my stay
limited access outdated bathroom
the hotel's location was acceptable, near transport links.
The rooftop pool required reservations, and lounge access was limited to two hours daily. this was disappointing, especially since i chose the hotel mainly for pool access. there were also issues with the bathroom. It felt outdated and impractical, not what i expect from a hotel claiming a high star rating.

excellent stay!
clean hotel excellent design multiple languages
the hotel was clean. the interior design was excellent. the staff were very attentive, but not over the top. they spoke multiple languages and treated each guest in a personal way. i found this very excellent.
i booked two rooms for my family. the process to get us checked in took over 30 minutes. the front desk seemed unprepared despite the hotel reopening. the general manager did not seem to address our concerns adequately.

The rooftop bar has great views. the rooftop pool is nice. there are plenty of amenities available to guests. I appreciated this. the gym has modern equipment.

the staff was magnificent. they are always happy to help with a smile. walking in, reception greeted us. they took our luggage and delivered it to the room. i was pleased.

This hotel is close to the seafront. It is about a 15-20 minute walk. it is in the center for shopping and nightlife. there are bars and all transport links nearby. It is convenient.

The tapas restaurant is amazing. delicious cocktails are served there. the rooftop bar serves good lite dinners. the drinks are tasty. I enjoyed the breakfast it was wonderful and abundant.

the staff was lovely and always helpful. the breakfast food was AMAZING!!! the hotel's central location was convenient. the whole experience exceeded my expectations.
the pool closes quite early, limiting options for evening relaxation.

rooftop views and central bliss!
rooftop terrace pool area fabulous views ideal location
I especially loved the rooftop terrace pool area. i found the views fabulous from the roof top bar. It was such a treat. the location proved ideal. i walked to so many points of interest, and i discovered good restaurants nearby.

i stayed in a beautiful king room. the room offered a rainfall shower and two separate sinks. the facilities includes a rooftop bar and a pool. the gym has 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes.
