i found the hotel convenient. the staff are friendly. i was charmed by the great teapot provided during breakfast (a lovely touch!). i found the evening bar meal tasty, a pleasant surprise.

helpful reception good shower decaf coffee

Hamza was happy and always helpful at reception. The room was good, and the shower pressure was good too. I appreciated the inclusion of decaf coffee in the room. That was a nice touch.

The room's decor felt a little tired, though this was a minor issue.

the sheets were clean the bath was a good size

i was put in a room above a wedding and i wasn't told this would happen. the music was loud. i spoke to reception and was told it was going on until midnight and there were no other rooms available i wasn't happy.
