Hamza was happy and always helpful at reception. The room was good, and the shower pressure was good too. I appreciated the inclusion of decaf coffee in the room. That was a nice touch.

i was put in a room above a wedding and i wasn't told this would happen. the music was loud. i spoke to reception and was told it was going on until midnight and there were no other rooms available i wasn't happy.
