the staff was very helpful, always ready to assist with any requests i had. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. the surrounding walks provided a beautiful and relaxing experience.
the room was too hot, even with the thermostat set low all night. the bed was quite hard, impacting the quality of sleep. there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, only tea and cups without a kettle.

I enjoyed the junior suite. It provided ample space for my family. Access to the VIP lounge was a good surprise, with a nice selection of snacks and drinks. Breakfast was GREAT, and everyone found something to enjoy. My kids loved playing football on the grounds.
A constant noise disrupted our sleep. It resembled a generator and persisted throughout the entire night. I didn't get any sleep.

i found some aspects of my stay disappointing. the hairdryer in the bathroom was dirty, a minor detail i know. peeling wallpaper also detracted from the room's overall appearance. a broken mirror added to the sense of neglect.

I found the staff polite. I saw that the pool has big area to enjoy, it has sauna and steam rooms too. I received complimentary drinks for celebrating my anniversary, it was very thoughtful.
My room lacked robes.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was top notch with so much choice and great quality. i enjoyed looking at the football pictures and memorabilia and seeing where england train. the grounds and car park were also nice.
i felt the pool session of 45 minutes was too short.

the hotel has good options for training including spas, walks and swimming pools. the breakfast options are vegan or vegetarian and taste really delicious. it all creates an environment where guest feel well.
