Heather and Michelle provided a warm welcome at breakfast each morning. This hotel has a family feel, it is also very clean. Staff assisted with my car boot that was jammed. They also alerted me to my open car window during heavy rainfall.

The hotel needs updates to its room and bathroom to refresh its decor.

the gym offered a good range of equipment. breakfast was really good, with a hot buffet. the staff were pleasant and helpful .

my room had a very loud radiator, and heat control was poor. i could hear snoring from the room next door, due to thin walls. checking in was slow because the systems were down.

the breakfast was acceptable.. not lovely, but it sufficed.

I really struggled with the gym equipment. it was old and some of it seemed broken. also, the noise from outside was relentless. I could hear banging and shouting well into the night.
