Excellent Anniversary Spa Trip

specified lockerrelaxing atmospherevaried menu options
The spa staff was professional and attentive , my robes towels and flip flops were ready in a specified locker upon arrival, this, i enjoyed the spa facilities before my 90-minute treatment, hannah and charlotte, the therapists, were fantastic they concentrated on my areas of concern and created a relaxing atmosphere, lunch included a two-course meal with a glass of rose prosecco. The menu options were varied and offered something for everyone.
the thermal pool felt not quite warm enough and it was also a bit foamy , i think a quick visual inspection would have alerted the team and it could have been fixed.
Service
