The staff were polite, which I appreciated.
The air conditioning did not work and I was very uncomfortable. The sinks in the toilet area were broken too. I had to request for my room to be cleaned. This was not done automatically.

I found my room to be quite disappointing. The curtains had noticeable stains, and a musty odor filled the air, I tried closing them, but they fell from the rail. The window was oddly propped open with a wooden block. These issues should have been addressed before my arrival.

i found the room quite cold, the heating seemed ineffective. additionally, the allocated room was mistakenly reassigned to another guest (a situation that was handled poorly). the hallway had an odd smell.
