the room had a comfy feel , and the bed size was huge. the gardens added to the place , they felt really lovely. the staff were amazing , helpful at every turn.
i noticed the mattress on the left side had a visible indentation , it made the sleep quite uncomfortable. the fee for the late checkout was very high.

we received a room upgrade and it was excellent. dinner in the restaurant proved to be very nice, with large meal portions (i couldn't manage any dessert!). the staff were very friendly and always eager to assist.

the executive double room featured good space, along with a very comfortable bed. the bathroom was generously sized. we also found high-quality toiletries were available.

communal areas like the entrance and restaurant were well kept. they also had beautiful decoration which enhanced the hotel's charm. the hotel benefits from historical charm and a beautiful setting.

the reception staff proved especially helpful and cheerful (a special thank you to amanda, the wedding coordinator!). one evening i arrived late, just before the restaurant closed, and the receptionist arranged for them to serve me dinner.

the room was a good size (i stayed in a standard double room). the bed was indeed very comfortable. i also found the staff were friendly and professional.
i noticed that some golfers dined without changing clothes (they wore t-shirts and jogging bottoms).
