amazing anniversary getaway!
attentive staff hawthorn room anniversary dessert three-course meal
I had the best experience! the staff were so attentive. I loved that. we even got upgraded to the hawthorn room, it was a nice surprise. the anniversary dessert with truffles and a brownie was a lovely touch. i also had a really romantic three-course meal, it was just great.

the staff were pretty good expectations, which i found great. they were warm and cute making me feel like royalty, honestly. breakfast included a plentiful selection of choices so it was easy to find something i liked!

the hotel offered a travel bag on departure it felt special. breakfast service from the morning staff was excellent it was attentive. the suite i stayed in had the comfiest bed i slept soundly.
the hotel could have provided better assistance with navigation due to roadworks in the area

attentive staff countryside view comfortable robes woodland walk
I found the staff attentive and cute! The hotel grounds feature beautiful views of the countryside. My room had robes and slippers. I especially enjoyed the woodland walk.
I noticed some minor roadwork during my travels to the hotel.

Breakfast included both a la carte and buffet items. I observed crisp white linens on the tables. Hot milk was available for coffee and tea, a nice touch.

spacious room polite staff
The room was spacious. it had excellent views, i must say. breakfast was also delicious. All staff were courteous. i enjoyed my spa day which was very relaxing.
the tv didn't work in the room. the sound went out intermittently, i told reception about it, but it was still broken at night.
