the room upgrade was excellent. i loved the cleanliness and modern bathroom facilities. our evening meal had a nice view of the golf course. the spa is amazing with great gym facilities, including the pool, steam, and sauna.

the curtains didn't shut properly, and some people could look into our ground-level windows as they walked past. this lack of privacy was a little unsettling.

i found the staff very helpful and cute . the leisure complex exceeded my expectations, especially compared to other hotels i have visited.
the tv remote in my room wasn't working when i arrived. i had to request new batteries to get it functioning again. the breakfast selection was quite limited. i didn't think it was worth the price i paid.
