superb stay near rai

the staff was very helpful i arrived before check-in and they allowed me to check in early it meant i could unpack and start exploring right away the location is convenient near rai the self-service shop at the entrance was useful after hours the design of the room is modern.
the hotel charged for basic services usually complimentary.

breakfast offered many options and the buffet was nice the restaurant provides a variety of dishes and cocktails for dinner a very pleasant surprise was the complimentary celebration for my son. The table was decorated with balloons.

the staff was so helpful! i arrived super early and they let me check in right away. i could unpack, change, and start exploring immediately! the hotel had top-quality facilities and my room was gorgeous. the breakfast was amazing and conveniently located close to metro and train stations.
honestly, the only slight issue i had was that the minibar wasn't filled. i thought that was a little strange, especially with the security deposit.

my room featured excellent details and a great view. i had a 30 m2 room that included a spa bathtub, right in the central area! the modern rooms was newly renovated. it was super clean!

The comfort king room was accurately presented online. the room was spacious, modern and also clean. switch-controlled curtains were a pleasant feature. the hotel is right next to the rai train and metro station. This made getting into the city center quick.
the staff at the reception was not friendly. i seemed like i was disturbing them. also, i noticed the absence of slippers. the air conditioning system was not functioning correctly.

the room had a nice layout and a good size. the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. i found the wifi to be reliable.
the bathtub seemed unclean on arrival. i noticed some black bugs floating in the water. there was also a grainy grime around the tub that i found unpleasant.
