the friendly staff were always ready to help and. i found a clean room perfect for rest, with a bed so soft it seemed like a cloud. the hotel grounds were beautifully kept, and i so loved the quiet corners perfect for a moment together. i noticed the readily available parking made coming and going easy.
i found the hallway carpets showed slight wear, and it was a very minor detail.

Our room offered a king bed and a seating area. It created a warm atmosphere for unwinding after our day. the bathroom had soft towels. toiletries that added a touch of luxury.

i found the staff well-trained and good, especially in the dining room. Liv on reception demonstrated EXEMPLARY customer service, remaining calm under pressure. The food was excellent, and the service was 5-star.
The breakfast sausages WERE really hard. though the breakfast options were lovely.

the location was good for exploring. cotswold. the staff were cute and accommodating, especially at reception. the room was clean. it included nice feather pillows. i had no problems finding usb ports for my devices.
i visited the leisure facilities. i noticed the swimming pool was out of order. i would have liked to know this prior to my arrival.

The room was spacious and clean. I found the breakfast both good and plentiful. The restaurant and bar were available ON site. A separate business just outside offered pub food at reasonable prices.
I noticed a droning sound from air conditioning units outside the window of the allocated room 406. Ear plugs were necessary FOR sleep.

i found the staff lovely and always willing to help with a smile. breakfast buffet had great variety and was tasty, every facility you need in a hotel spa was available. check-in was quick, even though i arrived early, and i was given a room that was already prepared.
i found some basic finishing in the bathroom wasn't great and there was a miserly amount of shower gel , which wasn't topped up.

the hotel features a lake, stream, and woodland area. i enjoyed hearing the tawny owls hooting just behind the hotel and seeing the grey wagtails taking food to their nest by the lake.
