heated jacuzzi comfy bed relaxing vibe
I really liked drinks near the pool and the heated jacuzzi! the bed felt super comfy, and the bar provided a lovely, relaxing vibe, just what i needed after a long day. i enjoyed the well kept facilities and found everything very convenient and accessible. the staff was cheerful too. They definitely.
I had to walk to get robes. I expected they would be in the room already

the hotel has a well-equipped gym with various machines, also there is a spa area with a pool that includes a jacuzzi, i really liked it. these facilities met my expectations and enhanced my stay.

my classic double included a spacious layout. a large tv was installed, i found it really useful. the room was well-cleaned, and also all necessary amenities were available, which ensured a comfortable stay.

i have always enjoyed staying here. the check in was quick and friendly! my room was on the ground floor and it was bright and spacious. the restaurant food tasted delicious (especially the breakfast buffet!).
The tv had no signal. There were no available channels.

late check-in long walk
the staff were very helpful I appreciated their attentiveness
i arrived early and was told earlier check-in wasn't possible the reception said they had no rooms available this was hard to believe considering the hotel's size waiting four hours was quite inconvenient the room was located far from reception requiring a five minute walk within the hotel itself

wonderful food attentive waiter fine grounds
the food was wonderful at the restaurant! ben, a waiter, was so attentive. the grounds are fine. there is loads of parking.
my room looked a little tied, it could use some updating.

the gym has plenty of machines for everyone, so i have no excuse not to workout. the post barn event space is fine. i was happy to see so many event spaces, from smaller meeting rooms to larger round table set ups.

every member of the team gave a warm welcome. the staff couldn't do enough for us. reception was great and always ready to advise me about dog walks plus outside sitting areas. summer also loved all the attention.

the hotel is close to vodafone hq where i was working. newbury town center has restaurants. this location made everything very easy for me, so i could come and go as i pleased for work and entertainment.

cute reception excellent food spacious room comfortable bed
the reception was quite cute. the food was excellent, i spent a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. this hotel proved to be a great choice, i must say. the room provided ample space and i slept very well.
the gym wasn't open early enough, it limited my workout schedule, though everything else was flawless.

The staff was friendly and very attentive. They provided prompt assistance whenever needed. communication was very effective, every request received immediate attention. the team ensured that i had a great stay.

The staff extended a warm welcome right from reception. The room, a spacious double, was large and clean. I particularly appreciated the EV charging spaces. It was a nice bonus.
