excellent stay

helpful staff convenient location super clean room
i found the customer service excellent! the staff were helpful to. the hotel has a convenient location, with ample parking available, made things easy. housekeeping was fantastic, the rooms were super clean, and staff were always polite.
the room decor seemed a little dated. otherwise, my experience was very positive.

the standard queen room had a comfortable queen bed and sufficient space for luggage. the room included a work desk and a small seating area. it also featured blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep.

the breakfast selection was very good. i saw various hot and cold items, including pastries, cereals, and cooked options such as eggs and bacon. the food was AMAZING!!! there was also a selection of juices, coffee, and tea.

missing drinks missing bathrobes
the beds were comfortable and ensured good sleep.
I was disappointed by the lack of complimentary items in the minibar. there were no drinks or snacks, which i found surprising for a hotel of this supposed level. the absence of bathrobes and slippers also detracted from the experience. Those items are standard in comparable hotels.

mixed feelings about this stay

dated room unclean bathroom
I was given a disability room without any prior notice or need. the room felt dated. it was also rather unclean. The shower floor definitely needed some scrubbing. the shower chair felt awkward and the bathroom flooded. it was not a great experience.

Impressed with the Amenities and Service

clean facilities helpful manager accommodating staff
i found the gym and pool facilities particularly well kept and clean. the staff, especially liam, the manager, was polite and very helpful. i appreciated how accommodating everyone was . i would certainly recommend this hotel to others.
the wifi was somewhat slow, especially during the evening. this made it difficult to reliably check emails or browse, a bit frustrating. i hope the hotel can improve the internet service in the future

the room included complimentary tea and coffee i also found complimentary filtered water the tv had standard channels available the air conditioning system allowed setting to cool heat or regulate temperature
the lighting in the room was very bright there was no option to dim it
