Really good Stay with Spa and Grounds
relaxing walk useful map hot stone massage cooked to order choice
The hotel grounds offered relaxing walks. Reception provided useful maps. The spa visit included a hot stone massage I recommend. The breakfast included an really good menu with cooked to order choices. I had dinner on two nights. The special pie night had delicious food.
The restaurant service was a bit slow one evening, but staff addressed the issue.

The hotel has wheelchair accessibility throughout. A spa and pool are available . The gym is well equipped and the surroundings provide plenty of areas to sit and relax.

The check-in experience was simple and easy thanks to two lovely receptionists. The staff, especially Rebecca, went beyond her duty in ensuring my sister was okay after an accident, even taking her to her hotel. Staff members were attentive, polite, and friendly.

mixed experience
expensive drinks slow staff
the drink prices were very expensive. the food wasn't great too and very costly, also service staff are slow. i waited twenty mins to get drinks and i had to ask. also asked for early check in but they still could only check me in at three pm. i didn't wanted to sit in the bar in my dressing gown if i used the spa, so i didn't use it.

relaxing walks daily water good cookies indoor pool
The walks around the grounds provided a relaxing experience. My room included fresh water daily. Homemade cookies were a good surprise. The indoor pool and hot tub offered a lovely way to unwind.

The bedrooms were excellent. The Kerry Suite was perfect for the business event!!! All the staff were friendly. The food was great, meeting all our requirements.
