I had a wonderful spa day. the afternoon tea and massage were very nice. the staff were friendly and very helpful. the afternoon tea was well presented. I left feeling refreshed. the leisure facilities were also amazing, and the location was quiet.
The decor looks tired and needs some updating. A revamp is needed, though it was fine.

the room i had was very spacious, clean, and tidy. it had a comfortable bed! clean sheets were provided, and hot water was readily available. the pink cottage was cozy and spacious too.

The reception staff were very friendly and offered a warm welcome. the staff was amazing and always willing to help. rajesh and richard deserve a big thank you. They ensured any help we needed was sorted instantly.

the rooms were spacious. i had a room with a lovely field view. the bar area was relaxed, and the staff there were friendly. they made sure everyone had everything needed and greeted people with a smile.

the rooms have traditional decor. the bed was comfy. i found great views too! i especially loved the full body massage. therapist safron delivered a very good treatment, the best i have experienced in quite some time.
the deco is tired and needs updating. this is a very slight inconvenience, though.

the staff was friendly and helpful overall.
i was so disappointed! our room was cold upon arrival. there was no thermostat to adjust the temperature, and the only way to warm it up was by running a bath. also, the wifi signal was very weak in our economy double room.
