The staff was very attentive. the building is beautiful. The lobby felt cozy. the location proved convenient, a short walk to the cartoon museum. the food was amazing at the downstairs restaurant. cocktails tasted quite delicious.

the hotel can be tricky to reach by car. it was nowhere indicated upon reservation, frustrating.

I needed help getting places. The concierge was unbelievably kind. he efficiently printed and explained directions. another staff member printed all the forms i needed to request a passport replacement. the staff prepared delicious meals.

a great selection of high-quality foods was available for breakfast. late breakfast on weekends suited sleepyheads. the all-day dining room service menu had a very good selection. the restaurant's food variety was excellent.

I had an issue with hot water. Even after letting the water run for a while, i could not get a hot shower in the morning. it was very disappointing.
