excellent stay in the heart of it all

central location funicular access friendly staff
i appreciated the hotel's central location. the private funicular access to the thermes was a definite plus. the friendly staff also.
i found the room temperature a little difficult to regulate properly.

The direct access to the thermal center via funicular WAS convenient. The breakfast offered many options and tasted fresh.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate , either TOO warm or off completely.

decent location with service shortcomings

overcrowded area unused portion
the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
the promised room was unavailable upon arrival this caused considerable inconvenience the breakfast area felt overcrowded tables were placed too close together it was difficult to navigate with plates and drinks i also noticed that a significant portion of the room was unused , made the crowding more frustrating
