the hotel car park entrance is off a mini roundabout, my satnav directed me to the golf course.

Acceptable but flawed experience

The spa facilities were available for all guests and it met my basic expectations.
The room given had changed and I had to wait a long time to address this. The receptionist was pleasant but gave me a substandard room. Furniture was missing and the carpet was shabby. The paint was peeling from water damage. I won't be recommending to others.
