Super hotel, what a blast!

Check-in was so fast, the staff were super friendly! I relaxed in my room, it had new decorations. The room included a large television and great coffee facilities. I really enjoyed the spa, with a clean sauna after a long day.
The wedding party was a little loud, i did hear them, but not a major problem.

The restaurant meals were excellent, my family all ate everything. The service was attentive, they never let my water glass empty. Breakfast had good options, i had full english.

small gymmusty room
The gym turned out smaller than i had anticipated. i found water spot damages across the ceiling in my room. It smelt musty too. also, i saw water was dripping from the walls in the spa, which i found concerning.

The room was enormous. I found it very pleasing. it included tea, coffee, and biscuits. beds felt very comfortable.
the rooms could use a refresh, though i am just being picky.

The spa area is great. I think it is the best i have seen in the uk. the fitness studio has good equipment. I saw a treadmill and stationary bikes.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a great selection from cereals to a full english. everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. the room included plenty of coffee and tea.

breakfast had attentive staffs. the gym was good, i think. i find the spa nice. the evening meal menu was also good, i saw.
my room was dated and in need of a update, i think. especially in the bathroom, i find. it wasn't worth the price, i belive. the noise was horrible i couldnt sleep so easy.

The room size was good for the price I paid.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. I saw hair in the shower when I arrived. There was also a stain on the carpet near the bed. These things weren't acceptable and I expect higher standards.
